I contacted customer services because the warming rack is missing some screws or way to be attached to the grill. I sent pictures and video and someone apparently from China every 2 days reply the emails until the point that ask me which parts from manual o think is missing and disappear. I assume is missing part 21 and something else but I don’t know what (that’s why I need human and professional assistance ) but just from seems video or pic anybody from company should knows what is happening but nobody reach me out with serious way to help is not also phone number to reach. I wish I can return but to disassemble and return is hard.

This is a pretty cool Grill. I like the fact that it's electric, so I don't have to mess with charcoal or propane tanks. Sure, it's not quite the same as a charcoal, or gas, Grill... But it's so much easier when you're in a hurry or don't have the appropriate fuel on hand. Given that it's electric, it doesn't produce any smoke or toxic fumes, so it can theoretically be used indoors. It's lightweight, portable, it doesn't take up too much space.

It offers a good size cooking area, as well as an upper warming rack. Assembly was easy, and it only took me about 15 minutes to get it together and ready to cook. The heating element is large, so it produces even heat with no cold spots. I'm not sure that I'm quite ready to give up my charcoal or gas grills, but I think this is an awesome alternative to grill up some quick hot dogs, or maybe grill a steak in the garage when the weather's not so nice outside.

I think it's a good value for the money, and it's priced comparably to charcoal grills of a similar size... Plus you have the added benefit of not incurring the cost of buying charcoal. I buy it again.

This thing is pretty cool! Well built, easy to put together and heats up really fast! We purchased this to take with us while on vacation. I added a small metal container (tuna can with holes drilled) inside and added some wood chips inside of the can to add a smoke flavor and wow absolutely amazing.

I can see this grill lasting a while is taken care of.

I got this for our apartment so we could still grill without having to worry about storing a larger grill in our tiny domicile. It is basically similar to a massive hotplate with a grill plate, but it works for what we want. Cleaning it can be a bit of a pain, especially for any run off of grease, marinade, or juices. We solved this issue by taking the grate off and lining the base with tin foil before heating everything up so once done cooking we let it all cool and then just remove and chuck the foil. It's easy to move in and out of our apartment and stores easily in our closet. Love using it!
