Return Policy
To start a return, you can contact us at service@techwood.online or the official number +86 (0760) 22114885.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if the customer requests to return/exchange the product due to non-quality issues, the customer will need to pay the return shipping fee.
If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping charges.
Return and Exchange
If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us by email at service@techwood.online
1. Product
Customers can exchange or apply for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt if there is a quality problem with the item. After 30 days and up to 18 months after purchase, if there are any quality problems, customers can exchange the item(s) for free. PS: Non-human factors or vandalism.
2. Accessories
Returns and refunds are not supported. If the buyer has any damage after receiving the goods, he can take pictures and contact us for a free replacement.
3.Shipping fees are not refundable.
4.Accepted returns will incur a restocking fee of $5 per item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
